– Collections Executive (Telecaller) Company: Rajsi Infin Consultants Private Limited (NBFC)

Location:
Dwarka, New Delhi Department: Collections Positions: 2

Salary:
₹20,000–₹22,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years in collections for payday loans, short-term loans, digital lending, or similar financial products.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls for pre-due reminders, due-date follow-ups, and overdue collections.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment of EMIs/loan dues and obtain explicit payment commitments (PTPs).
• Monitor pending and overdue accounts and conduct regular follow-ups until payment or resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, payment commitments, payments received, and customer responses in the CRM/collection system.
• Identify reasons for non-payment and escalate difficult, disputed, or high-risk cases to the reporting manager.




• Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and resolution of customer queries.
• Achieve assigned collection efficiency, recovery, PTP, and delinquency-control targets.
• Ensure all customer interactions follow the Company's approved collection process and appropriate, professional, and compliant collection practices. Required Skills
• Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in pre-due, due-date, and overdue collection follow-ups.
• Working knowledge of computers, MS Office, loan applications, CRM, and collection systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate follow-up and payment-commitment records.
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and recovery skills.
• Understanding of professional and responsible collection practices. Preferred: Candidates with hands-on tele-collection experience in payday loans, digital lending, personal loans, short-term loans, or similar financial products.
