Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Propzeta. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our real estate projects and services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust customer relationships over the phone. Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Explain Propzeta's real estate projects, properties, and services to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-up activities.
• Schedule property visits, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
• Respond professionally to customer questions and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested customers to improve lead conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
• Handle customer objections politely and professionally.




• Prepare daily call reports and provide updates on lead status. Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and CRM software.
• Ability to follow up with customers and maintain accurate records.
• Target-oriented mindset with good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
