Now we're building India's first charging network for electric trucks. You won't be the 50th person on a big team. You'll be the first, and what you build will carry your name.

MBA preferred ABOUT ZERO DRIVE Zero Drive is the electric heavy-haul arm of Shri Dinesh Group, a 30+ year old crane and logistics group. We already run electric trailers across India for one of the world's largest construction equipment makers. Our tagline is "Electrifying India's Highways", and we mean it literally. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will work directly with Kartik Joshi (IIT Kharagpur, ex-OYO), who leads Zero Drive, and Shipra Joshi, VP Growth & Strategy at Zero Drive, who is leading our charging network strategy. You'll see how decisions are made, and you'll make some of them. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the charging network from zero: scout highway sites, evaluate land, deal with property owners, and work with power companies on grid connections.
- Win partnerships: approach oil companies (IOCL, BPCL, HPCL), state agencies and NHAI for charging sites and government tenders.
- Grow the freight business: find transporters and companies moving heavy loads who are ready to switch to electric, and turn them into customers.
- Work with numbers: build the business case for every site and recommend yes or no with data.




- Own it end to end: take every site and deal from first call to signed paper, with clear weekly updates. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- MBA (or equivalent); freshers and people with up to 3 years in business development, sales, infrastructure, EV, energy, logistics or consulting
- Comfortable on highways and at sites as much as in meetings
- Good with Excel and easy numbers
- Speaks Hindi and English comfortably; Marathi or Gujarati is a plus
- Above all, ownership: you follow up without being chased, close every loop, and bring solutions, not just problems BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF BEFORE YOU APPLY This is not a comfortable job. You'll spend days on highways, deal with landowners and power offices, and hear "no" often. If that excites you more than it scares you, apply. WHAT YOU EARN
- ₹8 lakh per year CTC (₹60,000 monthly gross)
- Uncapped performance bonus: ₹1,00,000 for every charging site signed, and 1% of billing from every new freight customer you bring in, for their first 12 months
- Travel expenses paid on actuals WHERE THIS LEADS Perform well and this role grows into heading our charging business as it scales.
