The company offers natural and lab-grown diamonds, GIA-graded stones, bridal and everyday jewelry, custom designs, exclusive collections, and e-commerce solutions tailored for jewelry retailers. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and hands-on AI Implementation Executive / AI Automation Specialist to identify, develop, and implement practical AI-driven solutions across our business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern AI platforms, workflow automation tools, API integrations, and basic programming. This role will focus on reducing manual work, improving operational efficiency, automating repetitive processes, and integrating AI solutions into existing business systems. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, identify high-impact automation opportunities, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and support the successful deployment and continuous improvement of AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging and existing AI tools and platforms to improve business efficiency.
• Identify and automate manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes using AI-based solutions.
• Work with internal teams to understand current workflows and recommend improvements.
• Support the development, customization, and integration of AI-powered tools into existing systems.
• Assist with scripting, coding, and automation using relevant programming languages as required.
• Identify quick-win automation opportunities to save time and improve productivity.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.




• Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for AI implementation.
• Support basic troubleshooting and coordination for AI-based technology solutions. Required

Skills:
• Sound knowledge of current AI tools, platforms, and automation technologies.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL, or other relevant languages.
• Ability to work with APIs, automation tools, and workflow integration platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and suggest practical AI-driven improvements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Quick learner with a hands-on approach to implementing AI solutions. Preferred

Skills:
• Ability to develop AI implementation strategies, map business processes, and translate operational challenges into practical AI use cases.
• Experience working with AI tools or platforms (e.g., machine learning, recommendation engines, automation solutions) and coordinating with technical teams or vendors.
• Understanding of APIs, workflow automation, chatbots, or AI-based productivity tools.
• Background in technology, operations, business analysis, or related fields; experience in retail, e-commerce, or jewelry/wholesale environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative setting, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver projects on time with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to drive ongoing innovation.
