About The Job To lead engineering, and projects execution team and deliver respective engineering and order management services to the expectations of the stakeholders and reports to the Group Manager at Hitachi Energy.

Key Responsibilities
• Long-term planning with LPG scope and resources and define team-level strategy in alignment with local business strategy.
• Implement structure to achieve long term objectives including teams, training, process and tools.
• Prepare manpower budget based on forecast, analyze data and propose steps to improve full cost.
• Ensure recruitment of resources as per plan and guide, motivate, train, and develop direct and indirect subordinates.
• Carry out talent management activities, performance management, and ensure compliance with OHS group guidelines and Hitachi integrity guidelines.



Requirements Requirements
• Engineering Graduate preferably with Mechanical
• Minimum Experience of 10 years in the execution of Cooling System Products
• Experience in leading teams and people management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
• Robust understanding of cooling system products, thermal management solutions, heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, and related industry standards
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as PMP and Agile Skills Project ManagementTeam ManagementMechanical EngineeringCooling Systems
