About the Role
IRGB Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counselor with strong communication, counseling, and marketing skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, providing course guidance, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The candidate should have experience in student counseling, lead management, telecalling, admissions, and educational marketing.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, educational programs, and admission procedures.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
• Generate, follow up, and manage leads received through digital marketing campaigns.
• Convert prospective student inquiries into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and program benefits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students and parents.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and campaign performance.
• Maintain student databases,



counseling records, and daily reports.
• Handle student queries professionally and provide timely assistance throughout the admission process.
• Build robust relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive counseling experience.
• Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion techniques.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and educational marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and achieve admission targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Admissions, Telecalling, or Marketing.
• Experience in educational institutions, EdTech companies, coaching institutes, or training centers will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
