We're Hiring: Site Supervisor

Location:
Mumbai / Pan India (Site-Based)

Salary:
₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience

Experience:
2–5 Years Department: Projects / Site Execution Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites is required About Cubicle India Cubicle India specializes in modular toilet cubicles, partitions, doors, and related products for commercial spaces. We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Site Supervisor to oversee installation activities and ensure smooth project execution across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the installation of modular toilet cubicles, partitions, doors, hardware, and related products.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, site measurements, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct site measurements and verify site readiness before installation.
• Coordinate with installation teams, labour contractors, clients, and other site agencies.
• Monitor material receipt, storage, usage, and balance while preventing damage and wastage.
• Inspect installation quality, including alignment, levelling, panel gaps, door operation, hardware fixing, and finishing.
• Identify site issues, delays, and technical challenges, and escalate them to the Project Manager.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, material records, checklists, and completion reports.
• Ensure workers follow site safety requirements and proper installation procedures.
• Submit daily site updates,



including completed work, pending activities, material status, and requirements from the office.

Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, interior execution, modular installations, partitions, furniture, or related construction work.
• Basic ability to read drawings and understand site measurements.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and installation processes.
• Good labour management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for reporting.
• A smartphone for site photographs, videos, and daily reporting.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai and other project locations as required.

Experience:
Toilet cubicle installation, HPL/compact laminate products, commercial interiors, modular partitions, furniture installation, or construction projects. What We're Looking For
