Role Description The Lead Generation Intern will support Weskill’s growth by identifying and qualifying prospective students and institutional partners through various online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building and updating lead databases, reaching out to new leads via calls, emails, and social platforms, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos. The intern will also assist in tracking lead engagement, preparing basic reports,



and sharing feedback with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies. This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, requiring regular collaboration with team members and participation in office activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and working with New Leads to support pipeline growth.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to identify target segments, trends, and potential opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with prospective leads.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to nurture leads, handle initial queries, and support conversions.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets, comfort with phone and email outreach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
