and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring strategies and processes. Qualifications
• Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques, ensuring fair, structured, and competency-based assessments.
• Skills in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s culture and value proposition across channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and qualified networking platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in financial services or a high-growth environment is preferred.
