Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for driving growth and expanding the agency’s client portfolio. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings, crafting tailored proposals, and presenting strategic PR solutions to decision-makers. The Senior Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to support strategic planning.



This role also includes representing Level Up PR at meetings, events, and presentations to enhance the agency’s visibility and reputation. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships and ensure service alignment with business objectives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities, to engage stakeholders and close deals.
• Candidates should preferably have experience in B2B services, marketing, or PR agencies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, organizational, and CRM software skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
