Chennai(Hybrid) Role Summary Seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager with a strong background in Functional and Automation Testing to lead QA delivery, test strategy, stakeholder management, estimation, and costing across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive test strategy, governance, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage end-to-end testing across Functional, Automation, Integration, and UAT.
• Lead automation initiatives and improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Own effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and project costing.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications, reporting, and escalations.
• Track quality metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects and locations.
• Support pre-sales activities, solutioning,



and RFP responses. Required Skills
• Strong experience in Test Management with Functional and Automation Testing.
• Expertise in effort estimation, budgeting, and costing models.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience managing large QA teams and enterprise testing programs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent.
• Solid risk management, governance, and reporting capabilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• ISTQB, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications preferred.
