· Contract / Part time About SimpliReply SimpliReply is a done-for-you WhatsApp follow-up system for businesses that run ads. We reply to every lead in 5 seconds, qualify them, and follow up for 14 days until they book. Your ads bring leads. We follow up until they buy. The role We have the product. We need the go-to-market system. Your job is to build a repeatable way to find, convert and onboard customers, and to prove it works by landing our first 5 customers. What you’ll do
• Pick the first niche with us and define the ideal customer
• Build the acquisition system: lead list → outreach → lead magnet (Secret Lead Test) → free pilot → paid plan
• Write outreach scripts, follow-up sequences and the sales call flow
• Set up simple tracking (pipeline, conversion at each step)
• Run it alongside the founder and coach him to own it after you leave




• Document everything as a playbook we can repeat Success = 5 customers Month 1: niche picked, system built, first conversations booked Month 2: 3 pilots running, first paid conversion Month 3: 5 customers (paid or converting) + documented playbook You’re a fit if you
• Have built GTM or sales funnels for an early-stage B2B SaaS or service business
• Have taken a product from 0 to its first customers
• Are comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Meta ads
• Think in systems, not one-off campaigns
• Like teaching as much as doing Bonus Experience with SMBs in India (clinics, real estate, coaching, D2C) Familiarity with WhatsApp automation or chatbots Compensation : fixed + performance-based
