Technical Product Manager

Location:
Noida / Remote / Hybrid Department: Product & Technology Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (Product Strategist) Employment Type: Full-Time

About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own a product end to end — from the first spark of an idea through design, development, and launch. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like a designer, understands code and system architecture, and can turn ambiguous problems into shipped products. This role is unique in two ways. First, product direction comes from our CEO acting as Product Strategist: you will operate with a strong Business Analyst mindset, eliciting requirements from strategic conversations and turning high-level vision into precise, buildable specifications. You will do the same with very non-technical stakeholders — including the CFO and other executives — converting business and financial needs into clear product requirements. Second, we run a Rapid Development Framework with sprints executed in 2-day cycles, so speed of translation from idea to working prototype to shipped increment is the core skill of this job. What You’ll Do
• Requirements from the Product Strategist — Work directly with the CEO/Product Strategist to capture product vision and strategy; run structured elicitation sessions, ask the questions that surface hidden requirements, and translate strategic intent into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Business analysis with non-technical stakeholders — Elicit and document requirements from non-technical executives such as the CFO — interviewing, workshopping, and process-mapping to convert business, financial, and operational needs into unambiguous specifications developers can build from.

• Rapid prototyping & sign-off — Build rapid prototypes (wireframes, clickable mockups, working demos in tools like Figma or lightweight code) within hours or days, walk stakeholders through them, incorporate feedback in quick iteration loops, and drive to formal sign-off before development begins.
• 2-day sprint cycles — Operate our Rapid Development Framework: plan, scope, and close sprints on 2-day cycles; break features into increments buildable within a cycle; run tight stand-ups; and keep a continuously groomed, developer-ready backlog.
• Developer collaboration — Collaborate daily with engineers to scope feasibility, make speed/quality/scope trade-offs in real time, unblock development, and coordinate QA and launch readiness in a fast-paced environment.
• Roadmap & metrics — Own the roadmap for your product area, prioritizing by customer impact, business value, and technical effort; define and track post-launch metrics and use data to drive the next iterations.
• Communication — Communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, adapting your style for engineers, designers, executives, and customers. What We’re Looking For
• Experience owning products end to end — concept through design, development, and post-launch iteration — not just managing a backlog.
• Strong Business Analyst skillset:

proven ability to elicit requirements from senior, strategy-level stakeholders (CEO/founder level) and from non-technical executives (CFO, operations leaders), and to document them as clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated rapid prototyping ability — wireframing, prototyping, and using tools such as Figma — with a track record of getting stakeholder sign-off quickly and using prototypes to de-risk development.
• Experience in accelerated or rapid development environments (short sprint cycles, RAD, or continuous delivery); comfort planning and shipping in 2-day sprint cycles.
• Solid technical foundation: comfortable reading code, understanding APIs and system architecture, and having informed technical conversations with engineers without necessarily writing production code.
• Strong product thinking — able to break vague problems into structured, testable hypotheses and make sound trade-off decisions under time pressure.
• Comfort using data to decide: defining metrics, analyzing funnels, and running experiments such as A/B tests.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with shifting priorities and direct executive visibility.
• Typically 7 to 12 years in product management and business analysis, with prior experience in software engineering, design, or a technical role a strong plus. Nice to Have
• Experience with SaaS or B2B products; prior startup or early-stage experience where you wore multiple hats.
• Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting for pulling and analyzing your own data.
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
• Experience working directly with founders or C-suite as the primary source of product direction.
