- Develop and maintain relationships with new vendors to expand our supplier base
- Identify opportunities for strategic procurement to drive cost savings and improve efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in global sourcing and vendor development
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
