Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planning to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and business performance tracking. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business demand trends, develop forecasting models, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical trends, customer inputs, and business requirements.
• Perform capacity planning by estimating resource requirements, vendor capabilities, and infrastructure needs to support forecasted demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Procurement) to align demand plans and business priorities.
• Analyze demand fluctuations and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on Demand vs Capacity/Supply readiness.
• Support management in business planning, budgeting,



and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting processes.
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports to track key business planning metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of demand plans and achievement of business objectives. Work Experience Required Skills
• Solid analytical and forecasting skills.
• Experience in demand planning, business planning, forecasting, or business analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities. Preferred Skills
• Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry is preferred.
• MBA preferred.
