The Opportunity This role focuses on building and supporting cloud-native AI applications using modern full stack engineering across React.js, Node.js and Python. You’ll work in an environment where production ownership matters
- from CI/CD and automated testing through to incident management and reliable releases. The engineering scope spans microservices and containers with an emphasis on delivering software that performs under real-world load and control expectations. The role also sits in a market where demand is high for this skills mix across major India tech hubs. Success means shipping well-tested services, improving delivery reliability and keeping customer and data protections front and centre in day-to-day engineering.



What you'll be doing
• Build full stack features using React.js, Node.js and Python across cloud-native services
• Develop microservices that are designed for scalable production use
• Containerise applications and run them in modern cloud environments
• Embed CI/CD practices to improve release quality and deployment speed
• Implement automated testing across unit and integration layers to strengthen quality
• Own production support including incident management, monitoring and release/change activities
• Strengthen operational reliability through better resilience patterns and runbooks
• Apply ML and GenAI context to deliver AI-enabled application capabilities where appropriate What we're looking for
• Bring substantial hands-on experience building full stack products with React.js, Node.js and Python
• Demonstrate delivery of cloud-native microservices in production environments
• Show practical capability with containers and modern deployment platforms
• Evidence robust CI/CD implementation and ongoing improvement of engineering pipelines
• Demonstrate automated testing discipline with clear quality artefacts and coverage across key paths
• Bring established experience owning production outcomes including incidents, releases and monitoring




• Apply secure engineering practices aligned to privacy and data protection expectations
