The Vacancy We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Chennai. As part of our Customer Experience function, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring their enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working closely with our UK-based teams, you will help deliver excellent customer service across a fast-paced international logistics environment. Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via email and internal systems.
• Update and maintain customer information accurately within company databases.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely updates regarding shipments and services.
• Track, investigate and manage customer tickets and potential claims.
• Carry out administrative tasks using internal systems and processes.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently, escalating issues when required to achieve the best outcome.




• Collaborate closely with UK-based colleagues to ensure seamless customer support and continuous improvement.
• Follow established SOPs and operational processes, maintaining high levels of compliance and accuracy. What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Up to 2 years' experience in a customer service, customer support, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environment.
• Solid communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work shifts aligned to UK operating hours.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
