We're looking for a Junior Site Engineer with solid hands-on experience in formwork systems to join our Rajarhat projects team. You'll be managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors, and keeping work on track
- all while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute site activities with a robust technical understanding of formwork systems, including both conventional and Aluform shuttering
• Read, interpret, and quantify construction drawings; prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from available drawings
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct rate analysis and maintain awareness of project costs, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols
• Apply knowledge of BIS codes in daily site operations
• Prepare estimates and BOQs, and assist in planning site activities




• Use AutoCAD for drawing reviews and MS Office for documentation and reporting Requirements Essential

Experience:
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on site execution experience
• Proven expertise in Aluform and conventional shuttering systems
• Experience in contractor management and coordination
• Ability to read construction drawings, prepare BOQs, and conduct quantification
• Working knowledge of estimation and rate analysis Technical

Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of BIS codes relevant to construction Added Advantage:
