• Solution Delivery: Lead the deployment, migration, and integration of Rubrik solutions for On-prem, Cloud, MSP clients across all different environments.
• Cyber Resilience Strategy: Architect Rubrik’s advanced security features (immutability, threat hunting, ransomware recovery, data classification) to elevate client security postures.
• Automation & Efficiency: Build custom workflows, integrations, and tools using Rubrik REST APIs, PowerShell, or Python to optimize automated backup and reporting at scale.
• Technical Governance: Establish operational best practices, documentation standards, and runbooks for the team members.
• Trusted Advisor: Conduct executive-level presentations, technical workshops, and post-incident reviews for clients.
• MSP & Consultancy Expertise: Proven track record of managing multi-tenant architectures,



handling concurrent projects, and delivering client-facing advisory services.
• Multi-Cloud Expertise: Advanced proficiency with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP, focusing on cloud-native data protection and hybrid cloud mobility.
• Ecosystem Depth: Deep technical knowledge of enterprise platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, Microsoft 365, SQL, Oracle, and enterprise NAS/SAN storage. Requirements Required

Qualifications:

Experience:
10+ years in data protection, infrastructure architecture, or storage engineering, including 3+ years of architecting Rubrik environments .
• Certifications (Required/Highly Preferred):
• Rubrik Certified Solution Architect (RCSA) or Rubrik Certified Qualified (RCPP).
• Professional-level cloud architect certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
