SAP BRIM CC Analyst Same job available in 4 locations Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Hyderabad, Telangana, India Pune, Maharashtra, India Position Summary SAP BRIM CC Analyst Functional Transformation Enterprise Performance Our Enterprise Performance team helps clients unlock value from enterprise platforms and digital technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As an SAP BRIM CC Functional Analyst, you will support clients in designing and delivering quote-to-cash solutions that enable complex billing, charging, invoicing, and revenue management processes. In this role, you will work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into SAP BRIM CC solutions, support process improvement, and contribute to large-scale transformation programs. You will bring functional knowledge, configuration experience, and a delivery-focused approach to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve sustainable business outcomes. You will support the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP BRIM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Charging, pricing and rating processes, and integration with other SAP BRIM components. Level: Analyst or equivalent As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do As an Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
• Configure and maintain SAP Convergent Charging (CC) objects such as Charge Plans, Charging Contracts, and Mapping Tables.
• Analyze business requirements and implement charging and rating solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot charging and billing-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CI, SOM, and FICA consultants.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM with a focus on SAP Convergent Charging.
• Strong understanding of rating, pricing, and charging concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP BRIM components such as CC, CI, SOM, and FICA.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, and web services.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• SAP BRIM training/certification is an advantage.
• Experience in Telecom,
