SAP BRIM CM Consultant Same job available in 4 locations Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Hyderabad, Telangana, India Pune, Maharashtra, India Position Summary SAP BRIM CM Consultant Enterprise Performance Our Enterprise Performance team helps clients unlock value from enterprise platforms and digital technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As an SAP BRIM CM Functional Consultant, you will support the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP BRIM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Mediation, pricing and rating processes, and integration with other SAP BRIM components. In this role, you will work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into SAP BRIM CM solutions, support process improvement, and contribute to large-scale transformation programs. You will bring functional knowledge, configuration experience, and a delivery-focused approach to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve sustainable business outcomes. Level: Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
• Good telecom domain knowledge, especially familiarity with core Telecom network elements.
• Proficient in Mediation concepts like
- aggregation/correlation/concatenation of CDRs, file/CDR, duplicate check etc.
• Should have working experience in decoding CDRs (ASN.1/ASCII decoders etc) , clearing CDR rejections and discards.
• Should have good deployment experience in one or more of convergent Mediation products
• Should have experience in debugging of CDRs
• Should have working experience in CDR reconciliations between multiple sources.
• Support testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot charging and billing-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CC,CI,CRM. • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM with a focus on SAP Convergent Mediation.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments for system monitoring and script execution.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.
• Have hands-on experience of Oracle
* Postgres SQL and relational databases for querying and managing data.
• Monitor and manage daily workflows for real-time and batch processing to ensure accurate data flow and meet operational KPIs
• Address alerts and incidents related to mediation platform performance and data errors.
• Oversee the transformation and delivery of data between network systems and downstream platforms (e.g., billing, CRM, and data warehouses).
• Manage real-time and batch processing workflows to meet operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with network teams and other stakeholders to address issues in upstream or downstream systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Generate regular reports on mediation system performance, processed data, and error trends.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of mediation processes, workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.




• Use monitoring tools to track system health and data integrity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify discrepancies or anomalies. Preferred:
• Experience in capital-intensive industries or customer-based industries
• Experience defining requirements, conducting risk analysis, and supporting user testing and training
