Lead Consultant / Project Manager – Salesforce Data Migration Role Overview Lead end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) data migration projects, ensuring accurate and seamless migration of data from legacy systems into Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
• Define migration strategy, cutover, and go-live plans.
• Lead data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Execute mock migrations and production cutovers.
• Ensure data quality and obtain business sign-offs.
• Manage risks, stakeholders, and migration deliverables. Required Skills
• 8+ years of Data Migration or IT Project Delivery experience.
• Proven experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Data Migration projects.
• Solid knowledge of data mapping, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience migrating data from legacy systems into Salesforce.
• Experience managing migration testing, cutover, and go-live activities. Preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• FSL migration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
