The candidate must be fully capable of handling the following online portals and services:

I. Passport Applications: Fresh & Re-issue forms, document uploads, and slot booking.

II. PAN Card Services: Current applications, corrections, and e-PAN generation.

III. Aadhaar Seeding: Linking bank accounts to Aadhaar for DBT/Subsidies.

IV. Online Forms & Govt Schemes: School/College admissions, competitive exam forms, and West Bengal state schemes (Lakshmir Bhandar, Swasthya Sathi, Krishak Bandhu, etc.).

V. GST Services: Basic registration and assistance.

VI. Voter ID Services: New registrations, corrections, and digital card downloads.

VII. Ration Card Services: Aadhaar linking, status updates, and digital applications.

VIII. Driving & Learner Licenses: Slot booking and online fee payments via Parivahan.

IX. Utility Bill Payments: Handling daily electricity (WBSEDCL) and mobile/DTH recharges.

X. IRCTC Train Ticketing:



Booking tickets and handling customer itineraries.

XI. Flight Tickets: Commercial air ticket search and booking.

XII. Digital Certificates: Applying for Income, Birth, Death, Domicile, and Caste certificates via e-District WB.

XIII. Land Records: Retrieving and printing Land Parcha / RoR via Banglarbhumi.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 0–2 years working in a cyber cafe or CSC/Tathya Mitra Kendra.

- Technical Skills: Quick typing speed (Bengali font), basic photo editing (cropping photos/signatures to size), and experience operating printers, scanners, and biometric devices.

- Attributes: Honest, punctual, polite with local customers, and capable of handling cash transactions responsibly.
