Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, denial management, claims processing, and AR calling for healthcare clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments to maintain cash flow.
- Utilize robust communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients and insurance companies.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes to optimize efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduate degree (BTech/BE/BBA/BCA/BCom/BA) with a background in computers.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and revenue cycle management principles.
