Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to keep manpower, material and equipment available on time
- Monitor progress against the project schedule and escalate delays or issues proactively
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections, and ensure work meets standards
- Coordinate with the design, planning, MEP and other teams for drawing clarifications and smooth execution
- Ensure safety compliance and good housekeeping on site
- Verify measurements and quantities for contractor billing, and coordinate with the QS and accounts teams
- Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, material records and handover documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3-8 years of site execution/Finishing experience on high-rise residential projects
- Experience with Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction is preferred
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and site processes
- Robust coordination, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage site teams and work to tight schedules
