Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Freshers with robust communication skills and a passion for HR are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Maintain and update candidate data.
- Draft and post job descriptions across job boards and social channels.
- Coordinate assessment tests, technical evaluations, and interview follow-ups.




- Provide regular hiring updates and MIS reports to the HR Manager.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 01 year of recruitment experience (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
