The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and the implementation team to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customise, and maintain Odoo modules using Python.
- Work with Odoo functional modules, including Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting, and Repair.
- Develop custom modules, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automated actions.
- Customise existing Odoo functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, and external systems.
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimise performance, and resolve production issues.
- Support ERP implementation, data migration, testing, deployment, and version upgrades.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous system improvements.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Practical experience with Odoo framework and ORM.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
- Experience with XML, QWeb reports, and Odoo views.




- Understanding of Odoo models, controllers, security rules, access rights, and record rules.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of Linux server environments and Odoo deployment.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Odoo Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, or Repair modules.
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows, BOM, work orders, subcontracting, and inventory valuation.
- Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, or Proxmox-hosted deployments.
- Familiarity with automated testing, performance optimisation, and CI/CD.
- Experience upgrading or migrating Odoo between versions.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Candidates with equivalent practical experience and demonstrable Odoo development skills may also apply.
