Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Distributor Management System (DMS) and related master data.
- Create and update outlets, pricing, inventory, schemes, and sales data in the system.
- Coordinate with the sales team and distributors to resolve operational issues and queries.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Manage data uploads, purchase orders, and fulfilment tracking as required.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate sales reports and provide analytical support to management.
- Ensure adherence to processes, SOPs, and system compliance.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
