Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and escalate complex cases or potential risks to senior team members for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet productivity targets by handling a high volume of calls within designated timeframes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in AR Calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.
