About the Role

Creations operates across multiple industries and businesses. We are looking for a highly creative, hardworking, self-motivated and fast-learning Content Creator & Video Editor who can produce high-quality digital content for different brands.

This is a fast-paced, full-time position requiring creativity, productivity, accountability and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality content for multiple brands across different industries.
- Edit professional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Design engaging graphics, posters, banners and digital marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts, content ideas and video scripts.
- Use AI tools and professional editing software to improve productivity.
- Handle multiple creative projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain consistent productivity and deliver quality work throughout the day.

Required Skills

- Excellent content creation and professional video editing skills.
- Strong creativity, graphic design and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong communication and time management.
- Quick learner, adaptable and willing to develop new skills.

Additional Skills – Added Advantage

Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content posting,



scheduling or website management will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Mandatory Working Conditions

1. Fixed Full-Time Working Hours

This is a strictly full-time position requiring availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sydney, Australia Time, Monday to Friday.

This is not a freelance, part time or flexible-hours position. Candidates must be available and actively working during the scheduled hours, excluding agreed breaks.

2. Hourly Work Progress Reporting

Employees must provide hourly progress updates during working hours, including completed tasks, ongoing work and deliverables.

3. Camera-On Meetings & Virtual Office

Employees must be comfortable attending regular video meetings with their cameras switched on and participating in scheduled virtual office check-ins during working hours.

Video participation and availability are important requirements for team communication and accountability.

4. High-Paced Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple projects, working efficiently and meeting deadlines.

5. Work From Home Requirements

Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, suitable computer or laptop, required editing software and a professional home-working environment.

6. Immediate Joining

Candidates available to start immediately will be preferred.

Candidates must be comfortable with fixed Australian working hours, hourly reporting, regular camera-on meetings and a fast-paced working environment.
