Job Description: Senior Windows System Administrator (L3)

Experience: 7-9 years in Microsoft Wintel administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, VMware, and SQL environments.
- Resolve complex Windows performance issues, server crashes, boot failures, memory leaks, and production incidents.
- Design, deploy, migrate, and optimize infrastructure with minimal downtime and zero data loss.
- Manage Azure/AWS environments, virtualization, storage, backups, patching, security, and disaster recovery.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and other scripting/configuration management tools.
- Lead L1/L2 teams, manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and follow ITIL processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, CMDB accuracy, security compliance, and change/rollback plans.

Technical Skills

- Solid expertise in Windows Server 2008/2012/2016+, PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS,



DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, Hyper-V, and enterprise data centers.
- Excellent Windows performance troubleshooting, memory dump analysis, kernel/user-mode concepts, Registry, CMD, and Sysinternals tools.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Azure, AWS, networking, storage, backup, and database technologies.
- Experience with Azure architecture, security, automation, source control, and CI/CD is preferred.
