Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage field collections by visiting customers, identifying payment issues, and resolving them promptly.
- Conduct on-the-spot verification of customer documents to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our software system.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve queries and concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in field collections or related roles (preferably).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech/BE preferred).
- Robust understanding of computer applications, particularly those used for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
