Job Description

We are hiring Accounts Payable Analysts with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) operations. Candidates must have a graduation degree in Commerce or Finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable Operations

- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Verify invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, including PO mismatches and price/quantity variances.
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding payments.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Support

- Handle vendor and internal stakeholder queries related to invoices and payments.
- Manage shared email inboxes and ensure timely responses.

3. Reporting & Analysis





- Support month-end closing activities, AP reporting, and analysis.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Assist with audits by providing the required documentation.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance

- Follow internal financial controls, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support process standardization and optimization.
- Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or relevant finance operations.
- Graduation in Commerce or Finance is mandatory.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
