Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage industrial construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against targets and identify potential issues for mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor Billing / Contractor Billing / Client Billing

Job Requirements :

- 10-14 years of experience in civil project management or a related field.
- Robust understanding of billing and planning processes for industrial construction projects.
- Proven track record in managing complex construction projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
