About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Communication & Presence Coach for an intensive, full time, one-on-one engagement (2-month contract) with the CXO of a technology company in Hyderabad.

The objective is to drive significant, measurable improvements in spoken communication, clarity of thought, executive presence, conversational confidence, public speaking, and the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.

This is a full-time, onsite role-not a remote, hourly, or session-based coaching assignment.

The selected professional will work onsite throughout the working day and lead a personalized executive-development engagement adapted around the Founder's business schedule.

This role requires sustained interaction, intellectually challenging conversations, spontaneous speaking, direct feedback, repeated practice, executive simulations, and continuous accountability.

- Storytelling, articulation, persuasion, and influence
- Listening skills and the ability to respond thoughtfully
- Voice modulation, pace, pauses, body language, and delivery
- Handling interruptions, disagreement, difficult questions, and pressure
- Communicating complex business and technical ideas clearly

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct an initial assessment of communication strengths, limitations, habits, and confidence barriers.
- Design and execute a highly personalized executive communication-development plan.
- Facilitate sustained one-on-one conversations, discussions, debates, and speaking exercises.
- Challenge unclear thinking, weak explanations, hesitation, rambling, and ineffective communication patterns in real time.




- Conduct realistic simulations of investor meetings, interviews, negotiations, leadership conversations, public appearances, and difficult professional situations.
- Help the Founder structure and communicate ideas clearly without depending on memorized scripts.
- Provide candid, specific, and actionable feedback.
- Track progress through regular assessments and measurable development milestones.
- Adapt the engagement around an evolving and occasionally unpredictable CEO schedule.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, business, strategic, and company-related conversations.

Mandatory Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in executive communication, leadership communication, executive presence, public speaking, or senior leadership development.
- Demonstrable experience personally coaching Founders, CEOs, CXOs, business owners, or senior executives in one-on-one engagements.
- Proven ability to improve executive-level communication, confidence, influence, and presence.
- Exceptional command of spoken English and strong business communication skills.
- Ability to conduct extended, intellectually engaging conversations across business, technology, leadership, current affairs, and strategy.
- Confidence to interrupt, challenge, question, and provide honest feedback to a senior business leader.
- Availability to work full-time and onsite in Hyderabad for the complete engagement.

Preferred Background:

Candidates may come from backgrounds such as:

- Executive communication and presence coaching
- Leadership development
- Senior corporate learning and development




- Business communication training
- Public speaking and media training
- Corporate communications
- Business journalism or professional interviewing
- Senior business-English coaching with documented CXO clients

Professional coaching certifications are welcome, but certifications alone will not substitute for demonstrated executive-level coaching experience.

Knowledge of Telugu is an advantage but not mandatory.

Engagement Details:

- Location: Kondapur / Gachibowli, Hyderabad
- Work mode: Fully onsite
- Engagement: Full-time contractual role
- Initial duration: Two months
- Schedule: Full working day, five to six days per week
- Extension: May be considered based on mutual fit, outcomes, and future requirements

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an extended in-person working assessment before the final engagement.
