Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed estimates for tenders, including material lists, labor costs, and equipment rental fees.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to determine the most cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive tender submissions that meet client needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the tendering process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in tender estimation or a related field (e.g. construction management).
- Solid understanding of bidding processes and regulations governing government contracts.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate estimates using specialized software or tools (e.g. estimating software).
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
