This is an exciting opportunity to join Mintree, a fast-growing beauty, personal care and wellness brand, backed by the Dewani Group and featured on Shark Tank India Season 3.

Mintree is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives with prior experience in field sales, door-to-door selling, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork, building customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Candidates from FMCG, insurance, wholesale product sales, and other field-sales-driven industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and generate sales.
- Promote and sell company products to prospective customers and businesses.
- Identify potential customers, develop leads, and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers and address their queries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Participate in product training provided by Mintree and apply the learning during customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 18 months of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or target-driven selling.
- Prior experience in FMCG, insurance, wholesale sales, or similar field-sales-intensive industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable approaching new customers and converting leads into sales.
- Candidates with wholesale product sales experience are preferred.
- Techno-sales candidates with experience in product demonstrations may also apply.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed salary: 25,00028,000 per month in hand.
- Performance incentives: Additional incentives based on sales target achievement.
- Training: Product training will be provided by Mintree.
