Experience : 6-11yrs relevant end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience with the ability to independently manage multiple requirements into Bulk Hiring

Work Arrangement : Work from office mandatory- 5-6 days working

Job Purpose

Independently manage end-to-end recruitment requirements while ensuring timely fulfilment, quality hiring, solid candidate

engagement and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Own recruitment delivery for assigned portfolios or accounts.
- Develop hiring and sourcing strategies for volume, lateral,



niche and business-critical requirements.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders on hiring priorities and fulfilment.
- Monitor pipeline health, ageing, delivery risks and recruitment outcomes.
- Drive resolution of hiring bottlenecks and recruitment escalations.
- Guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and process adherence.
- Drive recruitment reviews, governance and stakeholder updates.
- Focus on fulfilment, quality, time-to-hire and recruitment efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for sourcing channel and process optimization.
- Support large hiring ramps and critical talent requirements.erview coordination, feedback, selection, offer and joining.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders on recruitment requirements.
- Monitor candidate pipelines, ageing, conversions and potential hiring risks.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process compliance.
- Support volume, lateral and niche hiring requirements.
