We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business goals. The role involves managing key HR functions, supporting employee engagement and development, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers to implement HR policies and practices aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and career development.
- Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, employee retention, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Coach managers on employee performance, feedback, development, and people-related matters.
- Contribute to organizational development, change management, and initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Work with the HR team to build a positive work culture and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Communicate HR policies, processes, and best practices to employees and managers.
- Support compensation reviews, performance evaluations, and career progression initiatives.
