- Working bench & face development as per mine plan.
- Ensuring safety at the mines.
- Planning coordinating & monitoring all the mines, activities as per mining acts, rules & regulations.
- Evaluate every month costing report of the mines.
- Preparing the costing report of loading cost, dealing cost, explosive cost and transporting cost etc.
- Manpower planning for all mining activities.
- To ensure, optimum availability of Mining Equipment in positive working condition with maximum output.
