Biswas Ventures is a diversified, multi-company and multi-product business conglomerate with operations across various sectors, including real estate, edible oil manufacturing, iron and steel manufacturing, trading, brick manufacturing, and exports.

We are looking for a competent and result-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to oversee financial operations, manage a team of accountants, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic financial decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Management

- Lead and manage a team of approximately 2025 accountants.
- Plan, organize, and execute financial activities and projects across the organization.
- Estimate short-term and long-term funding requirements.
- Develop and implement budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting systems.
- Optimize the capital structure by maintaining an appropriate balance between debt and equity.
- Analyze financial performance, evaluate return on investment (ROI), and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks.

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Prepare and publish accurate financial statements and monthly MIS reports within stipulated timelines.
- Lead the month-end closing process and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Conduct monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis.




- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely processing of bank payments and other financial transactions.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of financial records and ensure regular data backups.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal auditors and statutory auditors.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for Income Tax, GST, and other departmental scrutiny, assessments, and notices.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- CA Inter or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a large accounting team.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS preparation.
- Good knowledge of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
