Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Manager Business Operations & Growth to drive business growth, operational excellence, profitability, and organizational scalability. The candidate will oversee cross-functional coordination across academics, marketing, sales, customer care, technology, finance, and HR to ensure smooth business operations and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to translate business strategies into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth, market expansion, marketing initiatives, sales performance, and customer engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, sales, customer care, technology, finance, and HR teams.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, budgets, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement SOPs, MIS reports, KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring systems.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage external partners, including digital marketing agencies, technology vendors, auditors, and bankers.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve business scalability, customer retention, and overall performance.
- Leverage AI tools, automation, and technology-driven solutions to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.




- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and execution.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication, governance, and timely reporting to senior management.

Experience and Candidate Profile

- 2–10 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated leadership or team management exposure.
- Experience in the education, EdTech, technology, or service industry will be an advantage.
- Exposure to international markets, particularly the US, UK, or Australia, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business outcomes and continuous improvement.
