Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Interior Designer who can understand client requirements, coordinate with customers throughout the interior design process, and work closely with the design, sales and execution teams to deliver projects smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Interact with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, design preferences and budget.
- Coordinate with clients from the initial consultation to design finalization and project handover.
- Prepare interior design concepts, 2D layouts, 3D designs and material selections based on client requirements.
- Explain design concepts, materials, laminates, finishes, hardware and other interior solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present design proposals, quotations and estimates in coordination with the sales and estimation teams.
- Schedule client meetings, showroom visits, design presentations and site visits.
- Communicate with clients regarding design changes, material approvals, project updates and timelines.
- Coordinate with the site execution team, production team, vendors and installation team.




- Follow up with clients for design approvals, material selections, payments and pending decisions.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated accurately to the execution team.
- Handle client queries professionally and resolve design-related concerns.
- Maintain client records, project details, approvals and follow-up updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes and residential interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software or similar design tools.
- Ability to understand floor plans, measurements and technical drawings.
- Valuable presentation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in interior design and client coordination is preferred.
