Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of Procurement/Sourcing experience.
- Robust experience in Marketing Category Management.
- Preferred candidates from Insurance or Banking domain.
- Experience supporting USA/Canada stakeholders and projects.
- Exposure to working with North America geography clients.
- Experience with SAP Ariba is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
- CPSM/C.P.M certifications preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives for marketing spend.
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end sourcing events.
- Drive supplier negotiations, contract drafting, redlining, and contract management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and deliver business value.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and report category KPIs, SLAs, savings, and value realization.
- Lead high-complexity sourcing projects and procurement transformation initiatives.
- Execute Source-to-Pay processes while ensuring compliance and governance.
