Head Collections & Receivables
will lead end-to-end corporate collections, accounts receivable management and credit control across business verticals and locations. The incumbent will drive timely realization of customer dues, reduce ageing and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), improve cash-flow predictability, resolve complex client disputes and establish robust, scalable collections processes. The role requires robust cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Billing and Operations.
