Role Overview

We are looking for results-driven Business Development Executives to identify enterprise business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle and presenting technology solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage enterprise prospects across industries such as retail, BFSI, eCommerce, healthcare, and real estate.

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable omnichannel communication solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and present proposals aligned with client needs and business objectives.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiations and deal closure.

Build and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.





Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain sales pipeline records and forecasts using CRM tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and developments in communication technology.

Eligibility and Skills

MBA candidates and graduates, preferably specializing in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

Freshers with strong communication and business development skills are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of CPaaS, SaaS, WhatsApp Business API, or RCS is an added advantage.
