Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites, including earthwork, foundation, structural works, roads, drainage, buildings, and utility installations for waste management and environmental infrastructure projects.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress against project schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and testing of materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, etc.).
- Manage site resources including manpower, machinery,



and materials efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental norms, and statutory regulations (e.g., pollution control, labor laws).
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, measurement books, RFIs, and other site documentation.
- Handle site-level problem-solving, variations, and technical issues related to civil works.
- Support project handover, as-built drawings, and close-out documentation.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders in the Delhi/NCR region.
