Role & responsibilities

- Assistance in Planning of Predictive, Preventive and Routine maintenance
- Assistance in Planning of Shutdown Maintenance
- Section wise equipment health monitoring, spares consumption analysis / records maintenance
- Assistance in troubleshooting of jobs & Execution of AMCs activities as per schedule
- Preparation & Implementation of SOPs
- Thorough knowledge of EHS , QMS systems
- Daily rounds to plants for health monitoring of the equipments, systems/sub-systems and taking corrective actions as and when required.
- Section wise equipment health monitoring, spares consumption analysis / records maintenance.
- Lifting tools tackles maintenance for daily jobs.
- Execution of failure analysis recommendations to avoid recurrence.
- Preparation and sending monthly services bill completion/pending status to finance department.




- Should have hands on experience on Compressor and Turbine overhauling

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma in Mechanical
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Mechanical operation & maintenance of continuous process plant

(Refinery / petrochemical / fertilizer / chemical Industry.)

- Hands on experience of working on Pumps, Compressors, Gear Boxes
- Material handling equipments like Conveyors, Elevators
- Skills in material handling equipments trouble shooting and fault diagnosis and rectification of routine mechanical problems in plant
- Technical skills for cost effective and quality repairs/ of mechanical equipment.
