EXECUTIVE - Store & Accounts - DOMBIVLI

Requirements

- Education: Graduate, preferably B.Com; a diploma in materials management or supply chain is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years in stores or inventory, ideally with a trading-cum-manufacturing company dealing in instruments, electronics or engineering products.

- Accounts: Working experience of purchase/sales entries, stock accounting, commercial functions / GST and ledger reconciliation.
- Software: Hands-on with Tally (Tally Prime / ERP 9) and Salesforce or any other CRM.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Windows and MS Office especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts), Word and Outlook.
- Analytical ability: Able to analyse stores data, make projections and track KPIs.

- Location: Must reside in or around Dombivli, Thakurli, Diva, Kalyan,

Preferred skills and attributes :





- Familiarity with import documentation (Bill of Entry, customs duty, clearing agent coordination).
- Understanding of BOMs and material planning in a manufacturing set-up.
- Experience with serial-number tracking, warranty and RMA processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented and disciplined about daily data entry.
- Explicit communicator who can coordinate with sales, service, production, purchase and accounts.
- Working knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi.

Salary Range offered : Open to discussion..Between 4L to 5 L+ LPA (Negotiable) based on seniority..
