Role & responsibilities

What would the work be like? You'll create listings on OTAs like Airbnb, Makemytrip, booking.com and Agoda. You'll be a salesperson. You'll convince insanely entitled vacation rental owners and customers to enter voluntary transactions for mutual benefit. Yes, you'll handle our disgruntled customers when we're overbooked. You'll do a lot that isn't fun----handling employees who block Airbnb calendars, assist you, create invoices, negotiate with vacation rental owners, sync our calendars, send reservation lists. You'll sell our properties to travel agents. We've put on a lot of recent business in the season, and you'll help streamline the process.

Preferred candidate profile

We're looking for brilliant workaholics who will do whatever it takes to get the job done. We aren't big on credentials, and we don't care very much whether you're experienced in the travel industry. But it would certainly be a plus if you're experienced with OTAs like Airbnb,



Makemytrip, Agoda and Booking.com. We aren't looking for minimalists who ask what's the least they can do to keep their job. We aren't looking for slackers who beg their own harm by asking for a remote job, but the truly wise who understand that we wisely deny that for your good. We need the conscientious and the upright who make our interests their own and take pride in being productive.

Perks and benefits

You'll start at a salary of Rs.3.6 lakh per annum, with the salary going up to Rs. 4.8 lakh per annum after you successfully complete the 3-month probation period. We'll pay you an additional incentive of Rs. 5000 per every 100 five star reviews you manage to get our guests to write, and Rs. 1000 per every property owner you bring into the business.
